Ashcroft® electronic ultra-high accuracy digital pressure indicators are designed to satisfy both field and laboratory calibration requirements. The handheld calibrator allows you to bring your standard to the source to calibrate instruments while they are still installed. A similar meter-shaped benchtop pressure calibrator offers many of the same electronic features necessary for switch setting, transducer calibration and much more. Both incorporate two bays for snap-in removable pressure sensors or temperature device interface modules. This allows the instrument to be used in a wide variety of pressure and temperature measurements as well as current and voltage indication, displaying up to three measurements simultaneously. A third, smaller meter uses fixed sensors with the same accuracies.
ATE-2 Handheld Calibrator
The Ashcroft® ATE-2 handheld digital calibrator is a portable, multifunction instrument performing precision measurement of pressure, temperature, current or voltage. The base unit includes application-specific firmware for the convenient calibration and setting of measurement and control devices, as well as logging of associated data. In addition, the ATE-2 has the ability to interface with a computer, data acquisition system or terminal emulator via the standard USB interface. An ideal instrument when precision calibration and traceability are required.

ST-2A Digital Indicator
The Ashcroft® ST-2A bench top digital pressure indicator. It uses the AQS modular sensor system to provide the ultimate in measurement flexibility. Interchangeable modular pressure modules are capable of measuring pressure from 0.25 in. H2O up to 10,000 psi. The base unit contains a wide variety of application-specific firmware as well as the ability to measure DC current voltage inputs. In addition, this unit has the ability to interface with a computer, data acquisition system or terminal emulator via a standard RS232 interface.

If you rely on accurate readings from your pressure measuring instruments, periodic calibration checks with precise calibration equipment will be necessary. Ashcroft® hydraulic deadweight testers are primary pressure standards that derive their accuracy directly from principles of physics and maintain it for an extended period of time. Pressure gauge comparators are secondary standards that use the same hydraulic test pump to generate pressure, but compare to high accuracy “master” test gauges for fast and convenient calibration.
1305D & 1305DH Dead Weight Tester – Ashcroft
The Ashcroft® 1305D and 1305DH portable deadweight testers are primary pressure standards that include a pressure source for generating precise calibration points. The unit’s built-in shuttle valve provides the means to control the rate of pressure increase, while precision adjustment is accomplished with an integral micro vernier displacement valve. An ideal, rugged field-ready primary standard, the 1305s are certified to yield consistent and accurate results.
